Job Description
Blitz Academy seeks a passionate Soft Skill Trainer to improve learners’ English speaking and communication. Deliver interactive sessions to boost fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar for conversations, presentations, and public speaking. Design tailored lesson plans, role-plays, and group activities; assess proficiency, track progress, and provide constructive feedback. Conduct regular mock interviews, quizzes, and speaking exercises. Full-time, permanent position; in-person. Salary: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month. Experience: minimum 1 year preferred.
