Job Description
Spectra Medical India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound calls, emails and chats, resolve issues, log interactions in CRM, follow up for customer satisfaction and escalate complex cases. Candidates must be graduates; customer service or call center experience preferred. Excellent communication in Hindi, English and Tamil, strong problem-solving, empathy, active listening, basic computer and CRM skills required. Fixed shifts; training on products and call handling provided. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹200,00–₹450,00 per year.
