Job Description
Bizknowmics is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). As a CRE, you will be responsible for persuading potential customers, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining customer records. Engage with prospects through calls and written communication, participate in team meetings, and support general administrative tasks.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and stress management abilities. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of customer relations experience is preferred. The position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, offering a salary of up to ₹25,00/month.
