Talant Cubicle, a Kolkata-based recruitment agency, seeks a Junior Recruiter to support HR operations on-site in Kolkata. Responsibilities include assisting HR management, implementing policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel administration. Candidate should be enrolled in or hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with knowledge of benefits administration, personnel management skills, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time role, Mon–Sat 10:30 am–6:00 pm. Salary: ₹10,00 per month. Benefit: leave encashment.
