Job Description
We are seeking a Member Engagement Executive to enhance member satisfaction, retention, and community growth across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities include onboarding new members, creating engagement campaigns, organizing events, managing member communications, collecting feedback, and analyzing engagement metrics to recommend improvements.
Requirements: 2+ years in member/customer engagement or community roles, excellent communication, CRM and analytics skills, event coordination experience, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
