Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Project Coordinator with strong English and Microsoft Office skills to join Mobilestyx Consulting Private Limited. You will act as the primary contact for internal teams and clients, manage support tickets and documentation, coordinate escalation of technical issues, and monitor recurring problems to improve processes. The ideal candidate has troubleshooting experience, prior IT support or technical customer service background, and can work independently and in teams. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role based in Mumbai with a salary of ₹20,00–₹30,00/month, Provident Fund, and growth opportunities. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
