Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Officer to develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage account portfolios, and provide tailored financial solutions. Key duties include client onboarding, needs assessment, cross-selling products, resolving inquiries, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records to meet sales targets. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have 1–3 years’ experience in banking or client services, and be proficient with CRM tools and MS Office. A customer-focused, proactive team player with strong problem-solving ability is preferred.
