Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Executive to manage bookings and guest relations for our property. The role ensures accuracy, timely responses, and excellent customer service.
Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels; process bookings and payments; coordinate with front desk and housekeeping; update reservation systems and reports.
Minimum one year of experience in reservations or hospitality, strong communication and computer skills, ability to work shifts. Competitive salary and staff benefits.
