Job Description
BESTMAN EXCEED SOFTWARE LLP seeks an enthusiastic IT Support Executive (Full-Time/Internship) to provide first-level software support. You will handle client queries via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot applications, assist with installations and updates, document interactions, and escalate unresolved issues. Candidates should hold or be pursuing a bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have basic OS and software knowledge. Minimum one year of IT support experience preferred. Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata — in person. Salary: ₹16,00–₹20,00/month.
