Job Description

Nals Outdoors seeks an Outdoor Adventure and Rock Climbing Instructor to manage high rope courses and wall climbing. You will receive rock climbing and rope-course training from NALS, ensure safety for guests and self, guide and motivate climbers, maintain equipment and infrastructure, handle inventory, and work in teams. Diploma/Graduate (DEE/DME preferred); freshers or up to 1 year experience welcome. Applicants must be fit, comfortable with tough outdoor life, and able to manage fear. Smokers or alcohol consumers should not apply. Compensation: 3-month internship with Rs.3,00/month stipend and full boarding; after successful internship, Rs.2.1 lakh CTC including salary, accommodation and meals.
