Geopaq Logic seeks a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, US citizens). You will build Tier‑1 vendor and direct client relationships, submit quality profiles, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain submission databases. Required: 2–5 years of US IT bench sales experience, knowledge of W2/1099/C2C, familiarity with job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed), and strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred: niche consultant marketing, existing vendor network, and ability to manage multiple pipelines. Full-time, in-person. Pay: ₹20,357.63–₹49,256.41/month. Benefits: paid sick time and paid time off.
