Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Student Admission Counsellor for LEADIAS ACADEMY to generate enrollments by engaging leads, presenting course details, and guiding applicants through admissions. Responsibilities include contacting prospects, converting inquiries, following up via calls, emails and messages, maintaining records in CRM, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams. Required skills: strong communication, persuasion, target-driven mindset, basic computer and CRM proficiency, and ability to multitask. Job Type: Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, paid sick leave and paid time off. Work Location: Remote.
