Job Description
TELEMINDS INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an Inbound Customer Service Representative for the Australian Energy process. Handle inbound calls from Australian customers, recommend electricity and gas plans, convert inquiries into sales, follow compliance and meet targets. Require 6 months–2 years international voice experience (sales preferred), clear neutral English accent, basic computer skills, and willingness to work Australian shifts. Experience with Australian energy campaigns and plan comparison is a plus.
