Job Description
Go Alpha Kids seeks an Operation Executive to manage field operations, customer service and equipment quality. You will handle customer issues, inventory coordination, complaint resolution, staff scheduling, client visits, vendor relations, invoice processing and SOP support. Requirements: 4–7 years in operations or customer service, strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, team coordination, field visit readiness and MS Office proficiency. Full-time in Pune; salary ₹25,00–35,00/month; benefits include phone reimbursement, health insurance and paid sick leave. State education level, years in operations and total experience.
