Overview: Manage campus coordination and support Early Talent strategy for India BU & ICC. Responsibilities include interview scheduling, onboarding and pre-boarding support, induction management, coordination with facilities for relocation, purchase order processing, and organizing campus engagement activities. Qualifications: Any undergraduate degree; post-graduation from Tier 2/3 colleges acceptable; MBA preferred. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and experienced in stakeholder coordination and event logistics. This role requires close collaboration with hiring teams and facilities to ensure a smooth candidate experience from campus outreach through joining.
