Job Description

Join MoSahaya as a Sales Associate supporting the Asian Paints experience. Assist customers selecting paints and finishes, arrange painting services or color consultancy, perform site visits for measurements and product recommendations, supervise workmanship, maintain daily reports and coordinate contractors. Requirements: graduate (non-engineering acceptable), good English/Hindi/local language skills, own a two-wheeler and Android phone (v5+), bike and driving licence. Freshers welcome; 1 year field-sales experience beneficial. Work: 8.5 hrs/day, 6 days/week; no cash handling. Compensation: CTC 3.5 LPA; salary ₹21,00–22,00/month. On-site role.
