Job Description
Reliance Facilities Management seeks a Collection Executive responsible for advising customers on debt repayment, handling collection-related customer service, refunds, and account adjustments. You will monitor assigned accounts—conduct owner calls, process small-balance write-offs, reconciliations and credit memos—verify invoices/requisitions, prepare daily bank deposits, issue reminders and receipts per Service Charges Collection Policy, recommend actions for defaulters to the OA/Building Manager, use Mollak software for collection communications, and issue NOCs for unit sale transfers. Full-time role; salary ₹24,00–25,00 per month.
