Job Description
As a BRIM Convergent Mediation Operations Specialist, you will manage mediation sessions across convergent billing platforms, monitor message flows, troubleshoot mediation discrepancies, and ensure accurate usage and billing records. You will collaborate with engineering, billing, and product teams to implement mediation rules, maintain data integrity, and optimize processing performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field; experience with BRIM or convergent billing mediation tools; strong SQL, data parsing, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and clear communication.
