Job Description

You will handle incoming inquiries, prepare and send quotations, track technicians’ installations and service jobs, maintain customer records, and follow up on payments and service status. Key requirements: proficiency in MS Excel, email and WhatsApp Business; strong communication in Hindi, Telugu and English; time management and customer-handling skills; CCTV/IT product knowledge preferred.
