Job Description
HCI Australia seeks an International Student Counselor to drive student recruitment and support. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies, analyze inquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates, streamline application workflows, evaluate events and school visits, and collect student feedback to improve the experience. Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, excellent communication, and minimum 2 years’ experience in overseas student counselling. Desired skills include strong interpersonal abilities, CRM and data management proficiency, and the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
