Job Description
We are hiring a Security Transformation Associate to support the design and implementation of security initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, mapping controls to frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), coordinating remediation plans, monitoring security metrics, and assisting cloud security and identity projects. The role requires collaboration with IT, compliance, and business teams to drive process improvements and change adoption. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in cybersecurity or risk, understanding of security frameworks, analytical mindset, strong communication and project skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
