Job Description
myG Digital Hub seeks a Customer Delight Executive to deliver empathetic, service-first support in person at Edappally. Full-time role for candidates with 0–3 years’ customer service experience. You will handle queries via phone, email and chat, resolve complaints calmly, log interactions in the CRM, follow up until resolution, and recommend service improvements. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct under pressure are required. We offer a competitive salary with incentives, health insurance, and pay from ₹16,500/month. Immediate joiners preferred.
