Vaidyas Ayurveda Village seeks a full-time Resident Office Assistant to support daily retreat operations in Vaikom. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, organized, and responsible for front-desk duties, guest communication, scheduling, basic administrative tasks, and helping maintain a calm retreat atmosphere. The role includes on-site vegan meals and accommodation. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹14,00 per month. Work is in person at the retreat. Food provided as a benefit. Applicants should be adaptable, courteous, and able to work independently within a small team.
