Job Description
MyHR Live Support Advisor: Provide real-time HR assistance via chat, email, and phone, resolving employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, policies, and onboarding. Triage and escalate complex cases, maintain accurate case notes, and contribute to FAQ and knowledge base updates. Required: strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, familiarity with HR systems, and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Preferred: experience in HR support or customer service, bilingual abilities, and basic MS Office skills. Offer: flexible hours, training, and a collaborative remote-friendly team.
