Job Description
We are hiring a Bancassurance Relationship Associate to manage bank-partner relationships, drive insurance product sales, and deliver excellent client service. Responsibilities include coordinating with bank advisors, analyzing client needs, presenting solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates have 1 to 3 years’ experience in bancassurance or financial services, strong communication and negotiation skills, and basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
