Job Description

HRQuadrant is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer for life insurance across Kerala (Kerala candidates only). Full-time permanent; in-person. Salary ₹25,00–₹40,00 basic plus attractive incentives. Applicants must be graduates under 30 with minimum 1 year of sales experience. Responsibilities include handling walk-in customers at bank branches, assessing needs and recommending suitable life insurance, maintaining bank and advisor relationships, guiding documentation and ensuring smooth sales closures. We offer training, clear growth paths in the BFSI sector, cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick leave and provident fund.
