Pin Click is a tech-enabled real estate advisor accelerating residential sales with unbiased guidance. We seek an on-site AVP Sales in Bengaluru to lead luxury/HNI transactions, manage and mentor the sales team, drive strategies, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities include team and general management, customer service, negotiation of high-value deals, and meeting sales targets. Required: proven sales and customer service experience, leadership and interpersonal skills, strong communication and negotiation, bachelor’s in Business or related; HNI real estate experience preferred. Full-time, in-person. Compensation up to ₹1,800,00/year. Benefit: cell phone reimbursement.
