Job Description
Overview: Lead daily operations of a 10-room service villa in Munnar, overseeing front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance to ensure seamless check-ins, high guest satisfaction and strict safety and hygiene compliance. Responsibilities include property inspections, prompt repair coordination, handling guest feedback and resolving issues with a personal touch. Requirements: 3+ years in a similar role, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; boutique hill-station resort experience in Kerala preferred. Compensation: competitive pay, performance incentives, accommodation and benefits. Job Type: Full-time, on-site.
