Job Description
Lead regional sales operations, drive targets, manage key accounts, develop distribution, train and motivate the team, analyze markets, and implement strategies to grow revenue and margin.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, 5+ years in sales leadership (FMCG or similar), proven track record meeting targets, strong communication, negotiation, analytical and team management skills, and willingness to travel.
