Job Description
We are hiring a customer-focused Inbound/Outbound Telecaller as Customer Service Executive. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate product/service information, process orders, document interactions in the CRM, resolve complaints courteously, and meet quality and productivity targets while collaborating with internal teams. Requirements: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic product knowledge (training provided), minimum 6 months telecalling experience, and fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month. Work Location: In person at Blue Staunch Infotech Pvt Ltd.
