Job Description
Hire4Biz seeks a Real Estate Purchase Executive to manage procurement for property projects. Responsibilities include identifying and sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts and terms, analyzing market trends, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with construction and finance teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Business or related field; proven procurement experience in real estate; excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key skills: procurement and negotiation, market research and analysis, contract management, relationship building, time management. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹20,00–₹30,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
