Job Description
Connect Galaxy is seeking a Customer Support Associate for E‑commerce (work from office). Role requires Tamil fluency and average English reading; rotational shifts and week offs; 6 days/week, 9 hours login (8 hours productivity + 1 hour break). Open to freshers and experienced candidates (up to 30 years); graduates or undergraduates eligible. Salary: Freshers ₹12,823 take-home; experienced (min. 6 months BPO) ₹14,00.
