Job Description
Leisure Lyrics Private Limited seeks a Central Reservation Executive to manage enquiries, bookings and convert leads. Remote/hybrid role based in Wayanad, Kerala. Key duties: handle calls & WhatsApp, provide availability and pricing, confirm reservations, liaise with hotels, maintain records, assist changes/cancellations, and share daily reports. Requirements: strong English (Hindi preferred), confident customer-friendly manner, basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, Gmail), multitasking ability; sales/call-center or hospitality experience is a plus; freshers with good speaking skills welcome. Offer: ₹10,00–₹35,00/month plus incentives, full training, growth opportunities, flexible shifts, WFH, paid time off and phone reimbursement. Job types: Full-time, Part-time.
