Job Description
Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited seeks a Front Desk Coordinator. Responsibilities: greet walk-in customers, answer queries, screen calls, and maintain records. Candidates must have a service background at an authorized Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances service center (e.g., LG, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Acer, Lenovo, RealMe, Nokia, Sony) with minimum one year customer-handling experience. Full-time, on-site role. Salary ₹18,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits include cell phone and internet reimbursement, health and life insurance, and Provident Fund. Preferred: prior Front Desk Coordinator or Customer Support Executive experience in the consumer electronics industry.
