Job Description
The Procurement Coordinator manages purchase orders, supplier relationships and inventory to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing. Responsibilities include vendor selection and negotiation, processing requisitions, monitoring deliveries, maintaining procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting cost-saving initiatives. The role requires collaboration with operations, finance and warehouse teams and reporting to the Procurement Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years procurement or purchasing experience, proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
