Job Description
Join Jio World Mall as a Customer Support Executive to welcome and assist visitors, provide directions and mall maps, handle queries, complaints and feedback, and guide customers to stores, restrooms and facilities. Promote events, offers and loyalty programs, collect customer feedback and coordinate with mall staff, security and retailers. Report incidents, assist in emergencies if trained, and help ensure a safe, pleasant shopping experience. Full-time, permanent positions open to freshers. Salary ₹27,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits: health and life insurance, provident fund. Work location: Bandra, in person. Applicants must be comfortable with Bandra and speak fluent English.
