Job Description

Remote (India). Contract 3 weeks; 10–40 hrs/week. Paid per approved recording minute: Host $4.00/hr; Co‑Host $3.50/hr (~₹350–₹380/hr). Capture natural conversational English to train AI. Requirements: fluent English, clear voice, laptop/desktop (25 Mbps down, 5+ Mbps up), quiet space, noise‑canceling headset or quality mic, comfortable with varied topics, organized and reliable.
