Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Designer/Modeler based in Chennai. Responsibilities: produce Revit 3D models and annotated 2D production drawings; manage BIM workflows (folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, transmittals); maintain structural BIM/CAD files; coordinate with engineers and clients, use Navisworks, prepare deliverables and occasional renderings. Qualifications: 2–5 years Revit/BIM experience, strong AutoCAD skills, Bachelor in Civil, 3D thinking, ability to draw sections/details with minimal engineering input, good communication, team player. Full-time permanent, day shift (Mon–Fri) with weekend availability; pay from ₹30,00/month; benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, Provident Fund. In-person in Chennai; reliable commute or planned relocation required.
