Job Information

Job Description

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, incentive tours, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Liaise with venues, hotels, logistics teams, and vendors for event requirements.
• Prepare event itineraries, agendas, and client proposals.
• Manage registrations, participant lists, and event logistics.
• Oversee event setup, on-site coordination, and client servicing during events.
• Ensure all MICE activities adhere to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Design, plan, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing.
• Maintain communication with travel partners, hotels, and suppliers.
• Manage client queries and provide accurate travel information and recommendations.
• Ensure smooth tour execution and resolve any on-ground issues.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and travel documents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
