Job Description
Job Title: Influencer Campaign Executive – Video & Review Operations
Overview
This is a full-time, execution-oriented role responsible for managing influencer campaigns end-to-end — from discovery to outreach, dispatches, follow-ups, video and review collection, and reporting. The role demands daily discipline, structured documentation, and measurable output. It is not a creative, strategic, or content ideation role. Execution is the core.
Core Responsibilities – A to Z of the Role
1. Influencer Discovery & Shortlisting
- Shortlist 90 to 150 new creators per week based on campaign needs (category, region, follower base, content quality).
- Ensure all data fields are filled: name, Instagram handle, follower count, city, phone number, engagement quality, platform health, and fit.
- Submit only filtered, verified, and aligned profiles. Eliminate irrelevant or outdated creators.
2. Outreach & Conversion
- Send minimum 300 outreach messages per week (via DM, WhatsApp, or email).
- Actively follow up and convert 60 to 90 creators per week into the campaign — across barter, paid, or hybrid models.
- Document each outreach attempt. Maintain message logs and avoid duplication or confusion.
3. Order Dispatch Coordination
- Collect full address and phone details for every confirmed creator.
- Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams to ensure timely shipment of products.
- Track 100 percent of shipments — every parcel dispatched must be followed until delivered and recorded.
4. Video / Review Collection
- Collect minimum 60 to 75 influencer videos or reviews per week.
- Ensure each content submission includes:
- Clear product visibility
- Good lighting and clean audio
- Natural integration (not forced or robotic)
- No incorrect claims or off-brand messaging
- Track each submission with a live Google Sheet and folder system, updated daily.
5. Execution Scripts & Guidelines
- Share brand-approved briefs or scripts before every content shoot.
- Confirm creator understanding of tone, usage, and claims.
- Review every video before acceptance. Reject all off-script or low-quality content.
6. Reporting & Daily Tracking
- Update campaign trackers in Google Sheets at least twice daily.
- Track status across:
- Outreach → Confirmed
- Dispatch → Delivered
- Video → Submitted / Pending / Rejected
- Payment or barter type
- Final content folder links
- No row should be left incomplete. No task should exist outside the sheet.
7. Buyer Resolution Support (If Required)
- Handle any creator-side issues, such as:
- Missing packages
- Address errors
- Product confusion
- Payment clarifications
- Escalation to management only if not resolved in 24–48 hours with at least two follow-ups done.
8. Payment Coordination (For Paid Campaigns)
- Collect influencer invoices in correct format.
- Get approvals and follow through on payment cycle.
- Confirm payout received and close loop.
- No creator should be left unpaid due to lack of follow-through.
Expected Work Style & Discipline
- Create a clear task list every morning and maintain it throughout the day.
- Submit daily EOD reports with quantitative progress.
- Do not delay or skip follow-ups. Every delay compounds the campaign delivery.
- Escalate problems only after you have tried to resolve them yourself.
- Avoid informal work styles — all updates must be formal, written, and recorded.

- Google Sheets (campaign tracking, dispatch logs, outreach tracking)
- WhatsApp Business / Instagram DMs (for creator communication)
- Google Drive (to collect and organize content, maintain folders)
- Gmail (for invoices, formal communication)

Red Flags That Will Not Be Tolerated
- Missing rows or updates in tracking sheets.
- Incomplete outreach, or ghosting creators post-confirmation.
- Accepting substandard videos without quality check.
- Failing to escalate serious issues with solution options.
- Escalations from brands due to your delay, miscommunication, or oversight.
