Job Description

Customer Care Executive / Tele-Caller – School Admissions

Role Objective:

To engage with parents, explain school programs and facilities, nurture leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to parents who have enquired through phone, website, walk-ins, events, or social media.
  • Clearly explain the school’s curriculum, fee structure, facilities, transport, and admission process.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain high-quality engagement and build trust with parents to increase admission conversions.
  • Schedule school visits, campus tours, counseling sessions, and follow-up interactions.
  • Track each lead’s status and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
  • Update all lead details, call responses, and follow-up actions in the CRM or admission tracker.
  • Coordinate with the Admissions Officer, Marketing team, and Branch Heads for smooth conversions.
  • Resolve parent queries and concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with the Admissions and Management teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–3 years experience in tele-calling, customer service, or admissions (Education sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong convincing skills, ability to handle objections, and confident telephone etiquette.
  • Good understanding of school admissions processes and parent expectations.
  • Ability to work with lead management systems/CRM tools.
  • Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, office-based role (school front office or centralized call center).
  • Includes weekend availability during peak admission season (compensatory off provided).
