Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can handle customer communication, manage sales follow-ups, and support the overall sales process. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, using MS Office and SAP, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and timely responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support and accurate information.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders until closure.
- Prepare and update reports, quotations, and documentation using MS Office.
- Update and track sales entries, orders, and customer data in SAP.
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery schedules, stock availability, and service requirements.
- Support the sales team with customer insights, feedback, and regular updates.
- Maintain a professional approach while dealing with customers to ensure a positive experience.
