Job Description

· Sales management: Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.

· Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their point of contact for all sales-related queries. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

· Sales forecasting: Analyze market trends and customer preferences to forecast sales volumes and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Track and report on sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action where necessary.

· Product knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as the features and benefits of each. Communicate this information effectively to potential customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.

· Sales administration: Keep accurate records of all sales activity, including customer information, sales orders, and invoices. Coordinate with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure that orders are fulfilled and payments are received in a timely manner.

· Inventory Management: Close monitoring of inventory of products under scope to avoid stock outs and overstocking
