Job Description
HRQuadrant is hiring a Branch Relationship Officer to manage walk-in customers at bank branches in Kochi, Kottayam, Thrissur and Trivandrum. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, pitching life insurance products, maintaining strong relations with bank staff, and converting leads provided by the Relationship Manager. Candidates must be graduates with at least one year of sales experience (banking preferred) and strong communication skills. This is an on-roll, full-time permanent role offering a fixed salary with incentives (₹25,00–₹40,00/month), PF, training and career growth. Work location: in person.
