Job Description
Provide technical support for LIMS installations and users, troubleshoot application issues, configure workflows and interfaces, perform testing, upgrades and data migration, and maintain documentation. Collaborate with IT and laboratory teams to implement solutions, provide user training, and ensure system validation and compliance (GLP/GMP). Required: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, experience with LIMS software, SQL and scripting, strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred: knowledge of laboratory processes, regulatory requirements, and basic networking. Join a collaborative team supporting laboratory operations and continuous improvement.
