Job Description
We are seeking a KM Associate to support knowledge management initiatives: organize, curate, and maintain organizational knowledge assets, facilitate content workflows, and improve access to lessons learned. Responsibilities include cataloging documents, maintaining knowledge repositories, coordinating with teams to capture best practices, and supporting training and onboarding materials. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has 1 to 3 years’ experience in KM or information management, strong written communication, attention to detail, familiarity with CMS and taxonomy, and a collaborative mindset. This role reports to the KM Lead and offers opportunities to streamline processes and enhance organizational learning.
