Job Description
Milestone Career Planner seeks a Junior Interior Site Supervisor (Fresher) in Ernakulam to support commercial interior projects. You will assist site supervision, coordinate with contractors and vendors, verify material deliveries, perform measurements, inspections and quality checks, maintain site documentation, and ensure safety compliance. Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Architecture are preferred; freshers with keen interest in site execution welcome. Strong communication, basic construction knowledge, willingness to travel across Ernakulam project sites, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Full-time permanent role; pay ₹14,00–₹20,00/month with hands-on learning under experienced professionals.
