Job Description
Location: Andheri, Mumbai. Shift: Night (11 PM–8 AM). Full-time VIP Service Executive role supporting premium international members. Require HSC/Graduate with 1+ year in international customer service or voice process. Responsibilities: manage VIP clients, curate and recommend matches, facilitate conversations, provide relationship guidance, maintain confidentiality, and ensure regular follow-ups. Must have excellent English, cross-cultural sensitivity, empathy, and a result-driven attitude.
