Job Description
MAWI DESIGN seeks a full-time, on-site Civil Supervisor in Chennai to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate contractors and clients, enforce safety and compliance, and maintain quality control. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing site resources, resolving on-site issues, using construction tools/software, and reporting progress to management. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, with experience in construction/design projects, strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. Open to freshers and experienced applicants. Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Salary: ₹18,00–₹22,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
