Job Description
Join Harishmane Infratech as a Quantity Surveyor to manage project commercial aspects from inception to completion. You will prepare BoQs and budgets, develop tender documents, analyze bids, and implement procurement strategies. Post-contract duties include monitoring finances, tracking variations, interim valuations, payment claims, and administering construction contracts (FIDIC/local). Requirements: 2–4 years’ experience in construction or infrastructure, advanced MS Excel, strong contract and cost-control knowledge, analytical and negotiation skills. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹20,00–₹50,00/month. Benefits: Provident Fund. Opportunity to work with senior leadership on high-impact projects.
